- Brian Jarvis mentioned that PQCA anniversary Blogpost is published now on the PQCA website and members can promote the blog in their social media channels. He also mentioned that members can select topics and write a blog and bring it to the review committee. Jarvis mentioned that several elections have been held, and results were announced.

- Spencer Wilson stated that they are currently running an OQS user survey and encouraged everyone to participate in the survey. Wilson pasted the survey link in the chat and also planned to send it via the email.
Retrospective - Michael Maximilien

For retrospective discussions, Max used Easy Retro application/dashboard. He created three categories, namely - 1)what went well, 2) what went ok, 3)What to improve and then based on that do the action. Then members can vote and decide on which items to discuss and act upon.

Members wrote several topics and voted on it. Some of the key areas that came up for discussions and improvement are: increase contributors/maintainers, more company involvement in terms of contributions, blogs, social media promotions.

Yarkin also suggested, many of these topics go under marketing and communications. Ethirajulu suggested that a new outreach committee has been created and they can help in all marketing and other promotional activities. Hart Montgomerry also suggested that social media activities and promotions are topic for outreach committee discussions and encouraged the TAC members to join outreach committee meeting.

- Action items that came out of Retrospective discussions:
- More marketing help is needed. The Outreach committee can help to drive this.
- Ask member companies to increase more contributors.
- For code of conduct, there is a process.
- Blogposts - write collaborative blogposts.
- Dedicated team for creating and moving MLKEM to OQS. This method can be implemented as a guide for other future work.
- Linkedin page for PQCA
- To look into having alternate TAC meetings at different times.
