  • No OQS rep in attendance today. Will defer update to next meeting.

PQCP

Offline update provided by Hanno Becker and Matthias Kannwischer:

  • We added a RV32-IM backend (Add RV32-IM backend pq-code-package/mldsa-native#1119) to mldsa-native.
  • We generalized our assembly verification infrastructure s2n-bignum to support 32-bit ISAs. We provided a partial model for RV32-IM and proved the mldsa-native RV32-IM backend functionally correct, memory-safe, and constant-time (HOL-Light/RV32-IM: Add correctness, safety and constant-time proof for arithmetic backend pq-code-package/mldsa-native#1426).
  • We added support for SMT solver redundancy to the mlkem-native and mldsa-native memory- and type-safety proofs: That is, one can now register more than one solver to check any given property. Over time, we aim for at least two solvers per property, mitigating the risk of SMT solver bugs. CBMC: Add support for using multiple solvers and data models pq-code-package/mlkem-native#1903
