Introduction of 1st Time Attendees

Blog Post Updates
The team reviewed current blog content in progress. Two blog posts — Katarina’s CBOMkit pipeline post and Aditya’s CBOMkit Go(lang) support post — are ready for content review, with agreement to prioritize publishing Katarina’s post first.
TAC Vice Chair Election Process
The group discussed the process for filling the optional TAC Vice Chair position. Aditya encouraged anyone who is interested to nominate themselves.
OpenSSF Baseline Discussion
Hart and Aditya aligned on scheduling a future session with OpenSSF to discuss baseline security standards. Brian suggested including TSC leads to ensure availability and avoid scheduling conflicts. Hart will coordinate scheduling via email and include relevant stakeholders.
Project Updates
- OQS
- Norman reported that OQS is awaiting a release candidate due to an XMSS signature verification issue currently under review.
- Aditya mentioned that liboqs has now been updated to integrate newer version of mlkem-native(v1.1.0)
- PQCP
- No representatives from PQCP present.
- CBOMkit
- Andreas shared that C# support has been merged into the CBOMkit Sonar plugin, with a release pending. The team also discussed expanding algorithm detection capabilities based on supported languages and libraries.
- Brian provided context on ACCP (AWS Crypto Provider), explaining its relationship to Java Cryptographic Architecture (JCA). Since CBOMkit already supports JCA, ACCP integration may not require additional effort, though the team agreed to further evaluate and engage AWS contributors if needed.
