Announcements
Brian Jarvis mentioned that the last TAC minutes of the meeting (4/30) is in Github for review and asked TAC members to review so that we can sign off.
Jarvis also stated that he was working with Hart Montgomery to get an LF staff to present the LFX tool to the TAC team. Kieran Mcdermott from LF will present the LFX insights tool capabilities to TAC on June 4th meeting.
Jarvis asked Ethirajulu about the previous outreach committee meeting. Ethirajulu stated that we did not have much participation during the last meeting. Only Nick from NVIDIA joined the meeting and the LF team explained about the outreach committee functions to Nick.
Ethirajulu stated that he is discussing with internal LF teams regarding Linkedin accounts and social media handles.
Blogpost discussions: Jarvis brought up the blogpost excel sheet that Ethirajulu shared with the TAC. Ethirajulu explained that he took a first short at blog strategy, topics and release cadence and mentioned that it is up to TAC and TSC teams to decide the blog topics and cadence to release the blogs. Once the blogs are written, LF can publish the blogs in the PQCA website.
Wiki pages: Aditya mentioned that we could organize a wiki page similar to few other LF projects. The TAC team discussed pros and cons of Github and wiki pages. Spencer Wilson mentioned that Github works well for TSC as many of them are technical developers. One key point is, the team felt that we can not have information in two different places, some in Github and some in Wiki.
Action: Ethirajulu will discuss internally with the LF team and get back.
The TAC team also discussed the project lifecycle review process. Spencer Wilson will also discuss this subject with TSC teams.
PQCA calendar issue - Nigel Jones
Nigel Jones mentioned that in the PQCA calendar there is a pending issue. Basically, old google calendar (subscribe) is not working. Jones explained that iCAL (blue button) works. He asked LF to remove the “you can also subscribe to the google calendar” and instead add “click iCAL” button.
Action - Ethirajulu took the action to fix this.
