Introduction of 1st Time Attendees
The TAC welcomed Biplab from AMD, who provided a brief introduction and shared their background with the group.
OQS Metrics and LFX Insights
The team reviewed ongoing discussions around OQS metrics and the LFX Insights dashboard, focusing on data quality and relevance. Concerns raised by the OQS project regarding inaccurate metrics had been relayed to the LFX team, who responded with a remediation plan to improve data reliability.
Brian expressed appreciation for the responsiveness and emphasized the importance of providing reliable, “out-of-the-box” metrics for projects. He noted that the TAC will revisit LFX Insights progress and OQS-related concerns during the next meeting.
mldsa-native Blog Post Review and Publication Process
Christina confirmed that the mldsa-native blog post draft is currently under review by the content review team and is on track for publication on Tuesday, November 25.
The TAC reaffirmed the standard one-week content review period before publication. Brian noted that the improved content review workflow has significantly streamlined the process compared to earlier practices.
Upcoming Meeting Schedule

December 3: Aditya will lead the meeting in Brian’s absence.

December 17: The TAC will decide on December 3 whether to hold the December 17 meeting, given holiday schedules.

December 31: The TAC agreed to cancel the December 31 meeting due to the holidays.
GitHub Open Issues Review
The TAC reviewed outstanding issues from the previous retrospective:
- Brian agreed that the new issue-based meeting agenda process has improved efficiency and transparency.
- Brian plans to resume sending agendas in advance, following his Monday sync meetings with Aditya.
- The PR review timeline was discussed, but no new actions were assigned.
- The TAC held an in-depth discussion on developer education content during the 10/22 TAC meeting.
- Christina shared that the blog author spotlight feature is complete, with a new post from Matthias scheduled for release next Tuesday.
- Christina confirmed The content review process has been fully documented: Content review process added to the TAC repo; PQCA wiki updated with new blog submission guidelines; Submission form updated to reflect the new process.
- Several retrospective-related issues were closed; comments were added to the three remaining open issues for next steps.
Open follow-up items from those issues include:
- Hart will share a content outline for a new educational/training program.
- Hart suggested exploring LLM-assisted social media post generation, with staged review before publication.
- The TAC continues to explore increased Discord usage for community engagement.
Project Updates
OQS
Norman reported that LibOQS has released a new version, and work continues on updates to the OQS Provider.
PQCP
Hanno shared that mldsa-native has reached alpha release, and PQCP continues to develop growth plans across its sub-projects.
CBOMkit
Christina reported that CBOMkit Project Onboarding is nearly complete, with formation of the Technical Steering Committee (TSC) as the final outstanding step.
As no representatives from CBOMKit attended the call, no further updates were provided.
